If the system does not accept your e-mail address or you are Premium Member and your account appears as Free, please verify first of all if you have indicated the correct e-mail address. Make sure there are no extra spaces before and after the email.
It may be that you have various e-mail accounts, you always have to log in with the one you used when you subscribed to ABA English. If you have one e-mail address for an ABA Free account and one for a Premium account, please pay attention with which one you log in.
If your password is not correct please click on “Forgot your password?”. Once you enter your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail with a link. Following this link you can chose a new password and log in to your account.
