If you have difficulties accessing the lessons, because the loading symbol does not disappear or you see the following pop up:
- Please check your internet connection and click on the button to reconnect. Remember that sometimes the functioning of the course can be affected by the type of browser that you use to connect to the Internet. Our course works with all browsers but we recommend that you use Google Chrome, that you can download here.
- If you are using the browser Safari, you may have to update the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Once you have updated it, you will be able to access the campus normally.
- If you are connected to a public network it is possible that the access is limited for some websites. The technical department, which controls your Internet connection can tell you whether access to ABA English in the shared network that you use is permitted.
- Your antivirus settings should be set properly as they block access to the course. If the antivirus is enabled, you must check the navigation settings to allow proper access to the course’s website.
